Provisional offer letter
It is a 12 months program consist of 4 months of classroom training with monthly stipend of Rs 2500, program, 2 months of Internship with a monthly stipend of Rs 5000, and 6-months of OJT with a monthly stipend of Rs 7500.
Post the completion of the program, you will get a confirmed Job as an Assistant Manager with Sundaram Finance at a starting salary of INR 4,00,000 + Incentives. No – this program is only for graduates, and Post-graduation is optional i.e. PG is not a disqualification. However, those who have completed graduation/ PG and have 0-3 years of experience are eligible for applying.

You will have to first appear for an online aptitude test, followed by an interview round conducted by the panel members of Sundaram Finance. If successful, you will be asked to pay the Registration fees to Manipal Academy of BFSI, and then you are given the provisional offer letter by Sundaram Finance. Before joining the Academy, you will then need to pay the balance of the Training Fees. After completing the 4-months of fully residential classroom training in Bangalore, 2 months of internship and 6 months of OJT, you will be assessed and given the final confirmation of permanent employment letter by Sundaram Finance.
You will get the 12 Months Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Asset Financing from MAHE University post the completion of the program.
Almost all candidates clear the assessment due to the rigor of the academy. In the rare case that a student fails the final assessment after the 12 months of training, you will not be given the joining letter by Sundaram Finance and will have to forfeit the money you spent.

OJT is conducted at any one of the Sundaram Finance location, preferably near to your hometown. During OJT, you will be paid a fixed stipend of Rs. 7500 per month for 6 months.
Yes – you can choose the city of the OJT location. However, once you have chosen the location you must be ready to work in the respective location during the OJT period.

The fee includes hostel facility for all 4-months, includes transportation between hostel and academy but does not include any other transportation. Fees includes laptop use for all 4-month , assessment and examination, and access to LMS for duration of 4-months classroom training, 2 months internship and later during the duration of the OJT period of 6 months.
It does not include travel to Bangalore and travel from Bangalore to the joining location of Sundaram Finance. It also does not include any travel cost during 2 months internship and 6-month OJT period. We recommend you should have resources and be prepared to spend about Rs. 500 per day in local travel, stay and food costs for internship and OJT. However, you will be paid a stipend of Rs.5000 during 2 months internship and Rs 7,500 per month during the 6-month OJT.
Only travel to and from Bangalore for joining the Academy and then for joining the OJT location is to be arranged by candidate. Also, all local travel cost during the 2 months internship and 6-month OJT is to be completely borne by candidate.
No – you have the option of booking your seat by paying only Rs. 10,000 plus taxes (Rs. 11800) and the balance to be arranged by self or through loan. Manipal can help enable the same, but all the EMIs including interest costs must be directly borne by the participant. However, the entire fees including loan disbursal must be arranged before entering the Academy.
Of the Total Training Fees of Rs. 177,000 (One Lakh Seventy Seven Thousand), you will be asked to pay an amount of Rs 11,800 (10,000+taxes) to Manipal Global Education when you receive the communication of having passed all the interview rounds. On paying the registration fees, the provisional offer letter from Sundaram Finance HR will be sent to you. You have to pay the balance amount before you arrive the Manipal Academy of BFSI in Bangalore.
