Many times we compare a brand to a person while sketching its brand persona. By doing so, successful brands have been able to create a strong friend-like bond with customers. These brands share the opinions and ambitions of their customers and help them achieve it with confidence.
So why shouldn’t a brand participate in an occasion that celebrates friendship and love? Many brands actively do and celebrate it in splendidly creative ways. As students pursuing a digital marketing course, it’s worthwhile to see how brands utilize Valentine’s Day and Friendship’s Day to strengthen their bond with their customers. You can learn how these days are a great way to promote your brand, products and create a long-lasting relationship with customers.

The company included a feature to select a rose within the Uber app itself. This prompted many new customers to download and install the Uber app on their mobile phones, hence making the digital campaign hugely successful.
Uber also positioned itself as a ‘cupid friend’ for its users winning their loyalty.
Chumbak’s #PyaarVyaar Contest
