We offer flexible learning by delivering courses in three modes: Online (self-paced), Online (instructor-led) and Classroom, to suit each learner's schedule. With the help of subject matter experts and industry professionals, we design and develop courseware, tailor-made for the various requirements.

Currently, none of the courses have an entrance test. But some certifications have their prerequisites, and you can visit the respective course page for information on specific courses.

After choosing the course(s) which you would like to pursue, click on the ‘’Enroll’’ button. This takes you to the next steps 1) Order Summary and 2) Billing and Payment.

Please fill up the necessary details to finally confirm the filled form details. Next, click on pay.

For DD/NEFT payments, access to course material is provided on realization of payment. Clicking on “My Courses” from the menu will show the course purchased with “pending” status.

On successful payment, you will be automatically logged onto ProLearn as a registered user. You should set the password and optionally, update your profile. Clicking on “My Courses” from the menu will show the course purchased with “pending” status. Once payment is received, the “Launch Course” option will be activated and visible.

Once you have enrolled for a course, you will receive a welcome e-mail and a telephonic call from our customer support team. The features offered as part of the course will be explained clearly by our representative and also will be listed in the mail correspondence.

You will receive 3 emails from ProLearn viz. a) Successful Registration b) Successful Enrolment and c) Launch Course.

Besides, our Customer Support team is available between 8 am and 8 pm on all days to help students on any course related issues.

The course material access will be active till the validity of your course which is Three(3) Months from the date of your enrolment.

All refund requests received by Manipal ProLearn are processed through the same gateway within 14 working days of receiving the request. For any exceptional cases where you have not received the refund amount, please write to us at support@manipalprolearn.com We shall get back to you with an update on your refund request or valid reasons in case of rejections.

Your course access is activated on receipt of payment from Manipal ProLearn. Course activation usually does not happen when status of payment is not reflected in the system or shows as failed. Sometimes the welcome mail may get delivered to the Spam / Junk folder of your mailbox. So please check your Spam / Junk folders to ensure you receive this communication.

Click on ‘Click here’ shown in the above screen capture. Enter the email id that was used while registering on ProLearn. ProLearn will send you a Reset Password email that will log into ProLearn and enable setting new password.

Yes you can access the receipt towards payment made for course purchase. The option is available in My Courses menu

 

Clicking on Download receipt will open a new browser showing the receipt with an option to save the receipt as a pdf file
